Many requests for a cooking workshop around GUT Health. Im hosting this one at my home -- a little 2 hour workshop on Probiotic and Gut Healthy Foods ..I show you how to make your own Kimchi, fermented veggies like beets, carrots, or radishes.... Probiotic Drinks like vegan Kefir...and some of my favorite vegan dishes. 

 Gut health is not only balancing your gut with Probiotics and Probiotic Foods but also making sure you are FOOD COMBINING correctly to maximize your body's absorbtion and elimination processes. We'll get into all that good stuff in the workshop.

Expect to EAT, Drink (Yummy Sparkling Juices, Kefirs, and Smoothies) & walk away more connected with your GUT!

Bring a notebook to write down recipes. Ill be providing a few to give away ;) All in prep for my cookbook! ♥
